Estimated Delivery Time

📍 Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Metro Cities: Min 3 Days  and Max 6 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: Min 5 and max 7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: Min 7 and Max 10 business days

🌍 International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days

🚚 Note: Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, and any unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays.


Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • You may request an order cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order.
  • Cancellation requests must be made via email or customer support with your order number.
  • If the order has not been processed yet, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment:

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may request a return (refer to our Return Policy below).

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns & refunds only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Eligibility for Returns:

✔ The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
✔ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
✔ A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation email) is required.
✔ Customers must provide clear images/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized/customized products.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.

How to Request a Return?

  2. Provide your order details and attach pictures of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping.
  4. After inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
✔ Refunds typically take 7 business days to reflect in your account.
✔ If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

🚫 Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product is returned without prior approval.
  • The item is damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Return requests are made after the eligible return period.

4. Exchange Policy
